Spectral Imagery Analyst – Dayton Ohio

Summary
The Spectral Imagery Analyst will provide support at National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson AFB. The candidate shall perform analysis of MSI and/or HSI data including processing, analyzing data and producing reports based on the data; coordinating with other analysts outside of the MSI/HSI discipline when creating integrated reports or creating single source MSI and/or HSI reports depending on customer RFIs; dissemination of products via export to web pages, databases and direct transmission to requestors; and ensure security classifications are accurately noted.
Job Duties
•Perform complex Multispectral and Hyperspectral Imagery exploitation
•Analyze data for Multispectral and Hyperspectral projects in the application of remote sensing technology to solve intelligence issues
•DoD Intel training program
•Prepare and present briefings and update internal report tracking metrics for analysis performed
•Update and maintain existing MSI continuity documents provided by the government and create and maintain HSI continuity documents
•Work independently and in a team environment
•May require shift work
Required Qualifications
•US Citizen, as contract requires
•2+ years’ experience as a Multispectral and Hyperspectral Imagery analyst
•Demonstrated knowledge with Military intelligence support
•Experience with ENVI AND SOCET GXP or Remote View
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong technical writing and briefing skills
•BA or BS in a technical field
